The QCoherent support team is available to help you with issues involving the LP360 product family which includes:

  • LP360 for ArcGIS™ - Basic Edition
  • LP360 for ArcGIS™ - Standard Edition
  • LP360 for ArcGIS™ - Advanced Edition
  • LIDAR Server

Normal support business hours are 7am—6pm CT.

If support request is sent during business hours a QCoherent representative will get back to you within 4 hours, if received after hours response will be sent the following day. To speed response time please include the following information in your request:

  • Contact information - please include e-mail address and phone number
  • Company name
  • Product name and version number
  • Operating system
  • ArcGIS Version

If your request includes problems pertaining to a specific error message, please include a screen shot of the error message.

System Requirements

LP360 operates within the ArcGIS environment and therefore both programs must operate with the same system requirements. Follow the appropriate link to find the system requirements needed for your system.

Training

QCoherent can provide individualized training for your company. We currently offer both on-site and web-based training sessions as well as our annual Training Event.
